Healthy from the Inside — Supplements
As far as possible, you should be able to get most of your Vitamins, Minerals, and Nutrients through excellent dietary practice. However, there are some essential supplements that I recommend to anyone that is going through a phase of Healing.
I refer to anyone that is suffering from any sort of ailment, dis-ease, or medical condition as Healing because when you keep your thought process and energy in this belief, it is positive and informs your subconscious that you are improving on a daily basis.
Omega 3 — Contains a very important ingredient of Fish-Oil that has numerous health benefits. It reduces inflammation, promotes brain health, improves heart health, and is associated with regular growth performance. Especially for vegetarians that do not consume Fish in their regular diet; this supplement is helpful. It should be consumed immediately prior to Food for the best effects, however, it can be taken at any time of the day because it has a long-absorption period.
I take a dosage of 1 pill of 1280mg twice a day.
Men’s Daily — Contains almost all the nutrients that one needs in the body throughout the course of the day. This is something I take for general upkeep of the body; and would suggest anyone to try and incorporate all the ingredients in their regular diet of vegetables and fruits. However, just for additional peace of mind, I recommend taking 1 tablet a day. The best time is to take it with food as it has water-and fat-soluble ingredients.
I take a dosage of 1 pill daily in the morning with breakfast.
B12 — Another one of those supplements that are not found in a vegetarian diet. While they are found in meat, fish, eggs and similar products; it is still recommended to take the dose in the morning, pre-breakfast on an empty stomach. The dosage can vary based on your body, and best to get regular check-ups done to monitor the same.
I take a dosage of 1 pill twice a week in the morning (Monday & Thursday)
D3 — One of the most important supplements for the body. Easily available through exposure to early morning sunlight for yourself. The best thing to do would be to wake up and spend 15–20 minutes outside in the Sun exposing yourself to natural D3 sunlight rays. The best time to take it in a supplement form is also in the morning before or together with breakfast. It is not easily available through natural foods and is very important to bone health.
I take a dosage of 1 pill (10,000IU) once a week in the morning (Monday)
Curcumin — Probably the most important natural supplement that helps the body against inflammation. Chronic conditions such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes amongst others can severely be helped by the intake of this wonder spice out of India. Regular Turmeric has limited dose of Curcumin, the absorption of this in the body is increased with the addition of Pepper mixed into the turmeric. One must be careful with the dose of consumption, as it is known to heat up the stomach.
I take a spoonful of raw Turmeric mixed with Pepper with Lunch & Dinner.
I take a dosage of 1 pill 250mg curcumin pill once a day in the morning, pre-breakfast.
Vitamin C — The best way to get Vitamin C naturally is to enjoy cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, Brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower) on a daily basis with your meals. It is also found in numerous other fruits, especially citrus ones like Oranges, Kiwis and strawberries. If you are taking a supplement, it is best to take it on an empty stomach in the morning.
I have a bowl of Cruciferous Vegetables every Lunch.
I have a dosage of 1 pill of 1000mg Vitamin C every morning pre-breakfast.
Boswellia — known as Indian Frankincense is a magic supplement for healing. It is used to treat chronic inflammation. It is available for smelling, pill as well as in concentrated drops. I recommend this as one of the top supplements to keep in your arsenal every single day.
I take 1 Pill of 250mg every morning with breakfast.
I take 6 smells of the fragrance frankincense 2–3 times a week before sleeping.
I take 4 drops of concentrated drops of frankincense twice a week before sleeping. (Monday, Thursday)
Maitake Extract — Medicinal Mushrooms are coming up into society in a big way. This is the one that I most believe has the best effect on your entire body. It regulates the entire body, reduces inflammation markers and is best believed to treat cancer. It is available as a product to add to your food, but general dose is then unknown. It is best in liquid extract form. There is no specific time to have the dose.
I take 100ml once a day, either in the morning, pre-breakfast or at night, pre-sleep.
Other supplements which are very helpful, and that I keep in my drawer at all times include. I don’t take them all the time or every day, but sometimes I do a quick 1 month dose to supplement my body.

Coq 10–100 mg
Guducci — 250mg
Ashwagandha — 500mg
Zinc — 10mg
Progut — 1 pill after meals
